Repair and Strengthening

This is one of the fields in civil engineering where not many consultants contend with. However in SAAB, repaired and retrofit for more than 45 buildings in Egypt was successfully accomplished. In some case-histories, the buildings were tilted and were restored vertical after repair, or total rust and damage of the steel reinforcement occurred and was refurbished. In our repair and strengthening works, we depend on using creative and economic ideas and we are prominent in this kind of works. In this service, we provide testing, problem analysis and solution –in a form of technical report with necessary drawings, method of statement and repair specifications, acquire necessary licenses from official authorities, supervision on the repair and strengthening works.

Out of our projects is the renovation of the historical “Al-Alameen Hotel and Resort” (today is a part of Marrasi compound – North cost – Egypt); also cutting a section of a residential building obstructing the construction of the “Al-Abassya” Metro station in Egypt.
