Construction Supervision

SAAB provides supervision services on geotechnical, structural, architectural, electrical, sanitary, finishing, repair and strengthening, and all other types of civil engineering works. Supervision assures appropriate construction, according to project schedule, following the Egyptian code standards, for all the structural elements of the super/sub-structures. This also includes quality control which is conducted in conjunction with all the recommendations and drawings provided by the project consultants. We conducted full supervision on most of our designs along the past 30 years –this is an optional service we provide.

Typically, our supervision service includes continuous dedication of onsite qualified engineer(s) to supervise, test, monitor, provide help, communicate, and coordinate between the contractor - the owner - and our consulting office during the entire construction period. It also includes continuous problem solving and official lettering/drafting to all the typical and complicated queries from the contractor in addition to continuous meetings in our office in Cairo with the contractor representative, and that for technical issues solving and all invoices approvals. We always succeeded to keep the project up to the desired standards and within the specified budget.
