For the first time in Egypt, the EPS "Geofoam" blocks were used as a lightweight and timely backfill above the RC slab of the grand Egyptian Museum Metro Station, in collaboration with Chema Foam Group and the Arab Contractors & Co., project owner the National Authority for Tunnels, Ministry of Transport.
